Terms and Conditions Upload Estimate– Tire Exclusion

Estimates that include tire-related services—including but not limited to tire replacement, rotation, balancing, alignment, or puncture repair—are excluded from consideration under this submission process.

Program Name: MyMechanic Referral Program

By participating in the MyMechanic Referral Program (“Program”), you agree to the following terms and conditions:

1. Eligibility

All active MyMechanic customers are eligible to participate in the Program. There is no cost to join or refer.

2. Referral Mechanism

Each customer may download a digital contact card (vCard) that includes their unique referral link. This contact card may be shared with friends, family, or associates.

3. Referral Rewards

When a referred friend uses your referral link and becomes a new paying customer, you will receive 10% of their total spending as a referral reward.

The maximum reward per referred customer is $200.

If the referred customer continues to spend, the referring customer will continue to receive 10% of each qualifying transaction until the $200 maximum is reached.

4. Reward Locking and Redemption

Referral rewards are credited to your MyMechanic Wallet but remain locked for 40 days from the date of the referred transaction.

After the 40-day lock period (to account for cancellations, disputes, or refunds), funds will be unlocked and can be used only toward future vehicle repairs performed through MyMechanic.

5. Limitations

Referral rewards cannot be transferred, withdrawn as cash, or exchanged.

Only new customers (no prior records by email, phone number, vehicle VIN, or address) are eligible to qualify as referrals.

MyMechanic reserves the right to freeze or revoke referral rewards in the event of suspected abuse, fraud, or violation of these terms.

6. Program Modification or Termination

MyMechanic reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the Program at any time without prior notice. Rewards earned but not yet redeemed at the time of termination may remain available at the company's discretion.

7. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes regarding rewards or participation in the Program will be resolved at the sole discretion of MyMechanic.page.
